and maintenance. Purchasing Block Time is a simple and flexible approach
to obtaining professional computer services—no matter what you might
need.

Advantages
Unlike typical support plans, Block Time can be applied toward a wide
variety of services over an unspecified period of time. There is no "use
it or lose it" deadline, nor are they any terms that limit its use to
certain types of services or products. All of the services provided by
TEK 1st can be billed against Block Time. If more time is
needed than what was initially purchased, an additional Block Time can
be purchased at the same discounted rate.
Time is accurately tracked through our online ticketing system for each
use of the Block Time. You will receive a statement for each support
activity, indicating the type of service performed, the amount of time
used, and the time remaining under the current block plan.
Promotional Discount
We have a single standard rate for computer work of
$95 per hour.
Block Time is sold in 10-hour increments. Currently we have a
$250 discount
off your first 10 hour block purchase. One Block of Time costs $700 plus
